Overview

What Verbelle does.

Verbelle reads alongside you as you write, flagging grammar, spelling and punctuation in real time and explaining why each suggestion matters — so you learn the rule instead of just accepting a fix.

Beyond correctness, Verbelle scores clarity, concision and tone against your goal (academic, persuasive, professional or casual) and highlights the sentences that will make the biggest difference. Everything is suggest-only: you stay the author.

The problem

Most grammar tools either miss context or rewrite whole paragraphs, leaving writers with text that no longer sounds like them — and no idea what was wrong.

Our approach

Verbelle explains every suggestion in plain language, keeps edits minimal and lets you set a goal so feedback is relevant to the piece you are writing.

Features

Everything you need, nothing you don't.

The capabilities planned for Verbelle's first public release.

01

Context-aware grammar

Catches subject–verb agreement, tense drift, punctuation and commonly confused words in context.

02

Clarity rewrites

Suggests tighter alternatives for wordy or passive sentences — always optional, never automatic.

03

Tone goals

Choose academic, persuasive, professional or casual and get feedback tuned to that register.

04

Learn-as-you-write

Every correction links to a 20-second explainer so recurring mistakes disappear over time.

05

Writing insights

Readability score, sentence variety and vocabulary range tracked across every document.

06

Private by default

Your documents are never used to train shared models and can be deleted in one click.
