About the role
You will lead front-end delivery on products such as Registrix and Signalyst, where large datasets, rich editors and real-time collaboration meet. You will shape architecture decisions, mentor junior engineers and work closely with design and product from discovery to launch.
What you'll do
- Design and build complex, performant React interfaces
- Own front-end architecture, state management and testing strategy
- Collaborate with designers on interaction patterns and prototypes
- Champion accessibility, performance budgets and Core Web Vitals
- Mentor junior developers and raise the bar in code review
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building production web applications
- Strong React and TypeScript skills
- Experience with data visualisation, rich-text editors or complex forms
- A track record of shipping accessible, well-tested UI
- Comfort working with REST or GraphQL APIs
Nice to have
- Experience with real-time collaboration (CRDTs, WebSockets)
- Design-system or component-library ownership
- EdTech or B2B SaaS background
